By accessing the NUDELL. website, you agree to comply with these terms. Our products, including the PURE. Seamless Tube Top and our signature jumpsuits, are intended for personal, non-commercial use.

1. Product Accuracy

  • We strive to display the colors of our garments, such as Sage, Mocha, and Onyx, as accurately as possible.

  • Due to "Knit" craft variations and monitor settings, slight color differences may occur.

2. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including product descriptions for the MODA. and THERA. lines, brand names, and imagery, is the property of NUDELL..

  • You may not use our branding, such as the Official NUDELL logo, without express written consent.

3. Limitation of Liability

  • NUDELL. is not liable for any injuries resulting from the use of our fitness apparel during "extreme challenges" or high-intensity training.

  • It is the user's responsibility to ensure a proper fit (True to Size) to avoid discomfort during activity.
